Mimosa Park Elementary celebrated its annual Back-to-School Bash on Wednesday, Aug. 7. First and second grade students, along with their parents/caregivers, were invited to meet their new teachers, bring in school supplies, return summer reading logs and enjoy complimentary jambalaya. This year, approximately 400 families were in attendance during this exciting event.
