NORCO —Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church is celebrating more than 150 years in the community with a Community Fun Day from 3 to 6 p.m. today at Bethune Park, located at 301 Bethune Street in Norco.

The exciting and educational event geared to all ages will feature music, games, concessions, attorneys discussing estate planning and financial advisors discussing money management. Healthcare professionals will also be onsite.

A Remembrance March will be held on Sunday from the old site of the church to its present location. Please arrive at Good Hope Street no later than 2:15 p.m. and bring photos of loved ones no longer with us who were previous members of the church.

Church services begin at 3 p.m. at 13 East Street in Norco. The guest speaker will be Dr. Johnny Magee of First Baptist Church in Vacherie.
