RESERVE — Community members in need can find nourishment at a free summer food distribution event taking place on a first-come, first-served basis from 9 a.m. to noon July 13 at REGALA Park in Reserve.

Bi-monthly food distribution registration is available between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at St. John Department of Health and Human Services, located at 128 Central Avenue in Reserve.

Identification is required to receive food distribution.

The distribution is made possible though the generous support of Barriere Construction in coordination with Second Harvest Food Bank, according to St. John Parish government.
