RESERVE — A Colombian delegation from the Ports and Rivers Authorities visited Reserve last week to learn how local business leaders use dredging operations to support inland waterways and river ports.

DSC Dredge of Reserve hosted the delegation’s June 20 visit to the River Parishes.

The U.S. Commercial Service New Orleans Office and the U.S. Department of Commerce were instrumental in coordinating the visit, according to DSC’s official release.

DSC Dredge designs and manufactures high quality, durable cutter suction dredges and specializes in customizing dredging equipment to meet the exact requirements of their clients’ unique applications.

DSC Dredge recently announced an international expansion through a partnership with dredging company DRAGFLOW, based in Italy.
