Pilots N Paws flies into Reserve

RESERVE — Non-profit organization Pilots N Paws is flying into Reserve from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Port of South Louisiana Executive Regional Airport.

Pilots N Paws representatives engage in the rescuing, sheltering and adoption of animals by assisting in animal transportation.

The intent is to provide an environment for volunteers to come together and arrange or schedule rescue flights, overnight foster care or shelter, and all other related activities, according to the Pilots N Paws website.

Pilots N Paws has previously assisted in transporting animals from the St. John the Baptist Parish Animal Shelter to families and rescue facilities across the country.
