DESTREHAN — Music, crafts and giveaways highlight the German Coast Farmers Market 16th Anniversary celebration, taking place from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at Ormond Plantation in Destrehan.

Public relations coordinator Amber Pinero said the fun-filled day features performances from musician Kyle Labat, a car show, rides, a cooking demonstration by Chef Blain Guillot, local woodcarvers, balloon sculpting, free giveaways and more.

The German Coast Farmer’s Market is located at 13786 River Road in Destrehan.
