LAPLACE — AOL Knights of Columbus members recently announced a “Thank You” to the community for making their Friday fish fry such a great success.

Their next event is this Friday.

“We will be having a fish fry every Friday until March 23,” James Poche said. “We will be serving our fried or grilled filets. That includes our Cajun boiled corn and potatoes for only $8 for an adult plate and $6 for a child’s plate.”

Adult plates come with two fried or grilled filets with corn and potatoes. A child’s plate comes with a piece of fish with corn and potatoes. Additional fish filets can also be purchased.

The AOL KCs tent and cooking trailer is located at 1809 Greenwood Drive in front of Ascension of Our Lord School and across from AOL Church, serving from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Feb. 23, March 2, 9, 16 and 23.

“Please give your kitchen a break, and let us do the cooking for you and your family,” Poche said.
