Valero St. Charles Refinery recently earned the Voluntary Protection Program Star Site designation, the highest plant-safety recognition by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

The St. Charles refinery now has gone 2.5 years and 3 million work hours without a recordable injury.
