News feature: TownePlace Suites cuts ribbon for LaPlace location

- TownePlace Suites General Manager Chris Dwyer cuts the ribbon along with the River Region Chamber of Commerce and St. John Parish supporters Monday morning in LaPlace. Q Management Hotels also announced two future properties would be coming to the U.S. 51 corridor in the near future. Properties have been secured for Candlewood Suites and La Quinta Inn Suites. Construction will begin soon, officials said.
