Lisa Theriot Bouzigard, 58, a native of Lockport and resident of Montz, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017.

Visitation will be from 9 until 11 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 11 at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport.
Religious Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday with burial to follow in Cheramie Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Timothy David Bouzigard Sr.; son Timothy Bouzigard Jr. (Stephanie); daughter Cherakee Epperly (Thomas); grandchildren Trinity Jr., Breanna, Layken, Bailey, Julie, Jace, Lizzie and Trey; great grandson Logan; father and step mother Raleigh Theriot Sr. and Winnie Theriot; and siblings Dwayne Theriot, Rickey Theriot, Cheryl Bosch, Kevin Matherne, Blakeland Matherne, Jeremy Matherne and Melinda Boudreaux.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Emilie Griffin; brother Raleigh Theriot Jr. and sister Tonya Theriot.
Falgout Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements.
