There will be intermittent, alternating northbound and southbound right lane closures Louisiana 3188 (Belle Terre Boulevard) between Airline Highway and Cannes Drive, beginning at 7 a.m. Monday for subsurface drainage improvements.

The left lane will be open at all times.

Reduced speed limits will be posted. Motorists may experience five- to 10-minute delays.

The work is expected to continue through September, weather permitting, according to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
