NORCO — The Bonnet Carre’ Spillway boat launch, pavilion, camping grounds and bicycle trail located near U.S. 61 and Lower Guide Levee Road in Norco will be closed Friday and Saturday.

Officials said the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness and Louisiana National Guard are conducting an emergency exercise.
