Photo Feature: Cut for a cause

- Hailey Hilbun of LaPlace recently cut 14 inches of her hair off and donated it to Wigs for Kids for her 14th birthday. She recently completed eighth grade at St. Charles Catholic High School, is a longtime Girl Scout and carried a 3.88 GPA.
