Riverside Academy and St. Charles Catholic High School recently held sports awards banquets honoring athletes for outstanding achievement.

Riverside Academy’s Toni Perrin and Tyler Gauthier were named Athletes of the Year.

Gauthier, a senior, played wide receiver, kicker and punter on the football team. He was an outfielder on the baseball team and he played soccer for the Rebels.

He was named to L’OBSERVATEUR’s All-St. John Football Team and he was the Player of the Year on the soccer team.

Perrin was named Athlete of the Year for the second year in a row. She played volleyball, soccer, softball and ran track.

St. Charles Catholic seniors Lela Hill and Jacob Jensen were named Miss Comet and Mr. Comet.

Hill played volleyball, basketball, softball and ran track for the Lady Comets.

Jensen played baseball, golf and was a swimmer.
