Christopher Michael Richoux, 36, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016.

He was a native of Metairie and a resident of LaPlace.

Richoux is the beloved son of Judy Walden and the late Stephen Richoux; stepson of Morris Walden; brother of Jeff, Marlin, Shane and Ramona Walden; grandson of the late Helen and Rigley Richoux and Theresa and Walter Tassin; husband of Marsha Richoux; and stepfather of Jeremiah Schoepf.

He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

Richoux was loved by many and will be greatly missed but not forgotten.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation from 5 until 9 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21 at Millet-Guidry Funeral Home, 2806 W. Airline Highway in LaPlace.

Visitation continues from 9 until 11 a.m. Friday at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 529 W. 5th St. in LaPlace.

Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday. Interment will be in St. Peter Cemetery.
