St. John welcomes many for Thanksgiving

RESERVE — Senior Citizens from St. John the Baptist Parish attended a Thanksgiving luncheon Nov. 20 for a Bingo and a Thanksgiving feast served by the St. John the Baptist Sheriff’s office and Crime Fighters.

After Bingo, attendees were treated to baked chicken, rice dressing and bread pudding while enjoying the sounds of Christmas carols.
Bingo winners received prizes, and Santa made a visit.
