Nov. 19 1997: Anti-litter puppet Maurepas speaks to James Cox, a first-grader at Garyville/Mt. Airy Magnet School. The puppet and Don Haywood, right, went into schools throughout the River Parishes with a “Don’t Litter” campaign.
