AMA — Ama author Shirley Parram-Sims recently announced the release of her inspirational memoir, “You Don’t Know My Story.”
In “You Don’t Know My Story,” Parram-Sims reveals the emotional abuse she experienced from her mother and the men in her mother’s life. In this book, she tells of her childhood that was stolen due to her mother’s alcohol abuse — how she had to step up and to take care of her siblings.
She tells of her failure as a good wife and a mother and her failure to show love. “You Don’t Know My Story” was written so other ladies may realize they can make it with the Lord on their side.
Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher at tatepublishing.com/bookstore or by visiting barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.
Parram-Sims is a retired manager of a utility company, the founder and executive of Alpha Daughters of Zion Organization, which housed women of domestic violence and an ordained minister.
