Destrehan 38 — John Ehret 18

The Destrehan Wildcats (3-0) were victorious over the John Ehret Patriots (2-1). The Patriots were successful against River Parish teams in the first two weeks of the season with wins over Riverside Academy and East St. John but were unable to win in week 3 against Destrehan.

Senior Chad Seranno had a big game for the Wildcats with a fumble recovery, a kickoff for a touchdown, a receiving touchdown and an interception. Destrehan quarterback Kohen Granier threw for three touchdowns, completing 8-of-18 with 167 yards passing.

Lutcher 20 — St. Amant 21

The Lutcher Bulldogs (2-1) lost on the final play of the night versus the St. Amant Gators (3-0). The Bulldogs scored on the final play of regulation to bring themselves within one point of the Gators. Instead of going for the extra point to tie the game, Lutcher head coach Tim Detillier opted to go for a two-point conversion that failed, ended the game.

St. James 28 — E.D. White 26

The St. James Wildcats beat the E.D. White Commanders (1-2) in a close game.
