First Source Realty makes LaPlace home

- First Source Realty has a new LaPlace location at 578 Belle Terre Blvd.
LAPLACE — First Source Realty is expanding to LaPlace.
Owner Robin Franks bought lots 574, 576 and 578 on Belle Terre Boulevard for her second location, and of now is working out of an office at 578.
Franks said she originally wanted to open her realty office in LaPlace in 2011, but the housing industry wasn’t doing great and she had to open the first location in Kenner.
With the economy and housing doing better, Franks said she is excited to open her office in her home of LaPlace. Franks said the office would have a grand opening sometime in October.
