SHREVEPORT — LSU Health Shreveport awarded degrees to 63 students, including two from the River Parishes, during commencement exercises at the Shreveport Convention Center Aug. 8.

Joseph McCulloch, PhD, Dean of the School of Allied Health Professions, presided over the commencement activities. Helen Godfrey Smith, president & CEO of the Shreveport Federal Credit Union, delivered the address.

Mindy Gaubert Hymel of Des Allemands earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies.

Mandy Katheryn McNamara of Destrehan earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies.
