May 2015 St. John the Baptist Parish courtroom conclusions

5/7/15

Gregory Johnson pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by intoxication and simple criminal damage to property. He was sentenced to 25 days in parish jail to run concurrently and given credit for time served. He was released.

Verna Johnston pleaded guilty to simple battery. She was given credit for time served and released from jail.

5/15/15

William Wittreich pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing. He was sentenced to 24 days in jail and given credit for time served. He was released.

Jesse Lee McCoy pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing. He was sentenced to 24 days in parish jail and given credit for time served. He was released.

5/18/15

The victim withdrew their domestic abuse charge against Regina Jordan.

The victim withdrew domestic abuse battery and simple criminal damage to property charges against Martinez Orlando Joseph.

5/21/15

Kadeem Watkins pleaded no contest to two counts of simple battery. He was sentenced to 12 days in parish jail to run concurrently and given credit for time served. A Stay Away Order was issued.
