Owners Bhavin, Bharat and Daxa Chauhan welcomed community members and officials for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of Dunkin Donuts in LaPlace.

Parish President Natalie Robottom, administrative staff and Economic Development Committee Secretary Eliza Eugene joined in the celebration

“We are excited about bringing Dunkin Donuts to St. John and were met with open arms,” Chauhan said.

The new store is located at 1334 Airline Highway in the Riverlands Shopping Center. The new location is the only Dunkin Donuts located in St. John Parish and within 25 miles.

Dunkin Donuts offers an all-day menu of specialty donuts, breakfast sandwiches, espresso, iced coffee, tea and other Dunkin Donuts products. Customers can enjoy free Wi-Fi and space to work. The store also offers drive-through service.

Dunkin Donuts is open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week and is accepting job applications. Those interested should visit the store.
