Refurbishing for the new Belle Terre Urgent Care is under way at the corner of Belle Terre Boulevard and Airline Highway in LaPlace. Company representatives said the building is undergoing a 15-week build-out, with an opening eyed for Sept. 1. In addition to the traditional walk-in assistance for minor illnesses or injuries urgent care facilities are known for, officials said Belle Terre Urgent Care will offer a host of services including drug screenings, occupational physicals and cosmetic services including Botox.
