Plauche earns Louque Scholarship

RESERVE — The Spring 2015 recipient of the James Jude Louque Memorial Scholarship was Nathan Plauche.
The annual scholarship rewards exceptional Industrial Maintenance Technology students in honor of the memory of James Jude “Lil’ Jim” Louque. Steven Louque presented the check April 10 in the SCLTC-River Parishes Campus Media Center.
Plauche is from Ponchatoula.
He transferred to South Central Louisiana Technical College from Northshore Technical Community College in the Fall of 2014 to study Industrial Maintenance Technology.
The Scholarship is $1,000. Plauche’s parents are Steve and Sandra Plauche. They were in attendance at the check presentation.
