Patricia Roussel, 71, was born on Jan. 28, 1944, and passed away on April 27, 2015.

She was a native and resident of Paulina.
She is survived by son, Dale Bourgeois and girlfriend Tessie Bazile; daughter Melissa Roussel and husband, Harold Roussel Sr.; and son Eric Bourgeois.
She leaves behind her grandchildren: Harold Roussel Jr., Brandi Roussel, Timothy Blank and Tabatha Roussel, as well as great-grandchildren: Rylie Roussel, Laynie Roussel and Dominic Monteleone.
She is also survived by sister Barbara Sepulvado, brother Richard Laiche and sister Doreen Lambert.
She was preceded in death by parents Otis Laiche Sr. and Mabel Matherne Laiche; brother Otis Laiche, Jr. and sister Edna May.
Most people knew her for her many years working at Jr. Food Mart. She was an avid gardener and a resident of Chateau St. James.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will be on Thursday, April 30, from 8:30 until 10:45 a.m. at Rose Lynn Funeral Home, 1870 Cabanose Ave. in Lutcher.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paulina at 11 a.m.
