Charles Feist Jr. departed this life at Tulane Medical Center on Saturday, April 4, 2015.

He was the husband of Lelia Antonio Feist; father of Daylon and Deja Feist, son of Marion Jasmine Feist, and Charles and Pauline Feist; and brother of Kennedy, Ronnie, Carlyle, Carlos, Carl, Joshua, Charlesetta, Aretha and Tanisha.
He is also survived by 14 aunts, 12 uncles, 25 nieces and nephews, seven sisters-in law, two brothers-in-law, his mother in law, five godchildren and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of neighboring churches and St. John the Baptist Parish School System are invited to attend the home going services on Saturday, April 11 at 11 a.m. at New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 152 East 6th St. in Edgard.
Visitation at the above named church is from 9 a.m. until service time. Interment is at New Jerusalem Baptist Church Cemetery.
There will be a gathering of friends and family on Friday, April 10 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Treasures of Life Center for Life Funeral Services, 315 East Airline Hwy. in Gramercy.
Treasures of Life Center for Life Funeral Services are entrusted with his final care.
