LAPLACE — Students in Amanda Martin’s fourth grade class at St. Joan of Arc Catholic School work in math stations throughout the school year.

The students are separated into groups, with each group doing a different activity.

While some students work on math games on computers, iPads and iPods, some receive small group instruction from Martin. Another type of station has students playing math games like “Division Bump” to enhance their math skills.
