Deborah Jean Certain, 59, went home to be with her heavenly father on Friday, Nov. 21, 2014, after her battle with cancer.

She was a native of Sacramento, Calif., and a resident of LaPlace.

Certain was the daughter of Anita Clara Nasca and the late Lee Clifton White.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Richard Certain; children Danny Fugate, Noah Fugate, Brandy Eichler and Mandy Certain Locascio; grandchildren Jake, Chelsey Noah, Sandy, Kaitlyn, Angelina, Jonathan and Brody; sisters Terry, Vicki and Marilyn; and brother Victor.

She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29 in the chapel of Millet-Guidry Funeral Home, 2806 W. Airline Hwy. in LaPlace.

Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m.
