A special presentation was made at the recent LaPlace American Legion meeting to the parent of Caleb Ringe who was one of last year’s Boys State Program participants. Caleb is attending the United States Air Force Academy in Boulder, Colo. Commander Dave Gatt presented Patrick Ringe with the Blue Star Banner, which will hang in a window of the home of Patrick and Dawn Ringe, to proudly demonstrate their son is on active military duty.
