Kristina Beaugh received her master’s in public health from the Texas A&M Health Science Center School of Public Health.

She is the daughter of Kenvard Beaugh of Lake Charles and Cynthia Duhe Beaugh of Reserve and the granddaughter of the late Adam and Ann Duhe of Reserve.

Beaugh is moving to Washington D.C. to complete an internship with the United States Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service.

In August, she plans to accept a full-time position as public affairs specialist for the USDA-FSIS Office of Public Affairs and Consumer Education.
