The kindergarten class at St. Joan of Arc Catholic School held its kindergarten graduation recently.
The students, dressed in cap and gown, shared a number of songs, some of which showcased what they learned throughout the year.
Each student then proceeded across the stage to receive his or her diploma when his or her name was called.

The preschool classes at St. Joan of Arc Catholic School were also promoted during a recent ceremony, which began with prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance led by the students.
The preschoolers sang a variety of songs while motioning along or dancing. The songs, like “There’s a Seed in My Heart,” “Who’s the King of the Jungle,” and “A,B,C, Rock,” entertained the audience.
Principal Larry Bourgeois shared the book he traditionally reads at the end of SJA’s Preschool Promotion, “Oh, the Places You’ll Go,” to end the ceremony before leading all present in a closing prayer.
