Constance James Garrett, 76, of West Monroe passed away April 10, 2014, at her residence.

Garrett was a retired teacher for St. John the Baptist Parish schools for many years. She was the beloved wife and best friend of her husband, Billy Jim Garrett, and beloved mother and best friend of her daughter, Lucretia Garrett.
