LAPLACE – Walgreens in LaPlace will host a free “Halloween Fun” community event on Wednesday, Oct. 30, from 4 p.m. to 7
p.m. at the Cambridge Park at 601 Colony
Park Drive in Cambridge Subdivision in LaPlace.
The purpose of the event is to encourage residents to live a happy and healthy life. Residents are reminded to bring mosquito spray and/or blanket to enjoy the evening at the park. Tables and chairs will also be provided.
Jambalaya, hot dogs and drinks will be provided along with candy bags for children. The event will include a spacewalk, fire trucks and police finger printing. Free flu shots will also be available.
