Lutcher – St. James Parish Hospital recently announced the date of its much anticipated Pink Ribbon Ladies’ Night Out.
This year’s event, which will offer attendees an elegant setting and chic décor fitting the theme “A Pink Tie Affair,” will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 22, at 6 p.m.
Ladies’ Night Out offers a night of entertainment and education while celebrating survivors and sisterhood. The event also helps to raise money, through donations, for the Bayou Region Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation, which directly benefits St. James Parish through grants that help fund free breast cancer screenings, education and technology.
Ladies’ Night Out will be held at the St. James Parish Boat Club. Entrance will be by ticket only. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased between Monday, Sept. 30, and Friday, Oct. 11 during normal business hours. Tickets will be available at David Reynaud Medical Plaza in Lutcher (located next to St. James Parish Hospital) and at Spuddy’s Restaurant in Vacherie, while supplies last.
Following years of interest from community businesses and industries in the area to get involved in such a successful event, the hospital created sponsorship opportunities that will allow organizations to market their businesses at one of the parish’s most popular events. Sponsorships ranging from $3,000 to $100 are available to accommodate businesses and industries of all sizes.
For more information about sponsorship opportunities, email Kassie S. Roussel at kstpierre@sjph.org. Sponsorship requests are due by Friday, Sept. 13.
