Brody and Cole Trosclair, the grandsons of St. James Parish Council Chairman James Brazan, play on the dry side of the District 7 Splash Park in South Vacherie. Council members gathered for a ribbon cutting ceremony at the small park and celebrated by giving the children free reign of the play area.
