LAPLACE – St. John the Baptist Parish officials announced on Friday that the  Reserve/Edgard ferry would resume normal operating hours on Monday, July 1. 
Normal operating hours are 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Because of labor constraints, the ferry was in operation from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. this week.
