EDGARD – St. John the Baptist President Natalie Robottom has appointed Chief Financial Officer Randy Vincent to chief administrative officer and promoted Finance Manager Vince Lucia to Vincent’s former position.

Robottom made the announcement during the parish council meeting Tuesday night in Edgard. Vincent replaces former CAO Theresa Rodgers, who retired this past week after serving 23 months in her position.

“I want to thank (Rodgers) for her service the last couple of years,” Robottom said.

“Congratulations, and let’s move forward,” Councilman Marvin Perrilloux said of the president’s appointments.

In other council news, members approved an ordinance authorizing the issuance of $6 million of Water Revenue Bonds to be used for improvements in the parish’s water works system. The bonds will be paid off through future customer billings.
