Firefly Fisher from the Harlem Globetrotters paid a visit to the sixth graders at R.K. Smith Middle School in Luling. The Globetrotters organization gives back to the community in many ways, one of which is the Bullying Prevention Program. Fisher spoke with the students about the importance of displaying the traits of action, bravery and compassion in an effort to put an end to bullying in the schools. He then went on to coach some students with a few of the Globetrotters famous moves. Fisher teaches Jasmine Smith how to spin a basketball on one finger.
