LAPLACE – Because of the Mardi Gras holiday, there will be no garbage collection in St. John the Baptist Parish on Mardi Gras Day, Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013.
Collection will resume on Wednesday, Feb. 13, for Tuesday and Wednesday routes. Residents are asked to please put their garbage can out by 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 12.
