April McKinnon Rodriguez, 53, passed away Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012.

She was the beloved wife of Demetrio Rodriguez and mother of David Morris, Amie Morris, Robert Morris and Victoria Rodriguez. She is also survived by five grandchildren.

She was the daughter of Vernon McKinnon and Jean McKinnon and sister of Kellie Simmons, Steve McKinnon and Clayton McKinnon.

She was a native of Arizona and a resident of LaPlace.

Private services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Millet-Guidry Funeral Home of LaPlace.
