Members of the Ascension Master Gardners recently gathered at the Gonzales Library to formally present a collection of books in memory of Desiree Dorest, LSU Agriculture Agent. In attendance were Ascension Parish Master Gardners President Sheila Billingsly and Angelle Deshautellas, library Director and members of Dorest family – Wanda Dorest-Boudreaux, Chloé Boudreaux, Comaneshi Boudreaux, Lawrence Boudreaux Jr and Joshua Boudreax.
