Michael R. Cook SFC retired, 69, passed away Wednesday April 11, 2012.

He was the beloved husband of Linda Farrell Cook, father of Michael J. Cook and Melinda Olsen (Al), grandfather of Cameron and Morgan Cook and Sarah Ashley Olsen, son of the late Michael P. and Alma Cook, brother of Phyllis Andry and Linda Tassin.

He was a native of New Orleans and a resident of LaPlace.

Visitation and services were held at Millet-Guidry Funeral Home in LaPlace on Tuesday, April 17, 2012. Burial will be private at a later date.
