Dennis Paul “Bubba” Martin passed away at his home on March 20, 2012, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was born Sept. 15, 1965, and was 46 years old.  

He was the beloved husband of Tracy Waguespack Martin and the loving father of Fabyan and Kayln Martin. He was the son of the late Patrick “Toby” Martin and Kathleen “Kitty” Schexnayder Martin Summers and the brother of Patrick Martin Jr. (Tammy), Maureen Martin Matherne (Mitch), Coleen Martin Hotard (Callen) and Eileen Martin Miller (Dave). He was the son-in-law of Gerald “Wag” Waguespack and Vivian Duhe Waguespack and the brother-in-law of Wade and Danielle Waguespack, Brent Waguespack, and RaeLynn Waguespack and Michael Allen.  

He was a lifelong farmer and owner of Marc Martin & Brothers.
