Charles “Charlie Boy” Gros, 52, passed away Monday, March 19, 2012, at Ochsner Medical Center.

He was the son of the late Emile Gros Jr. and Leontine Ory Gros, the brother of Lynette Gros Stubbs (Charles), David Gros (Connie), James Gros (Joan) and the late Michael Gros. He is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Graveside services were held Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at St. Peter Mausoleum in Reserve with Fr. Terry Becnel officiating.

The family would like to express special thanks to his caregivers: Jacob Dillon, Kim Gibson, Brittney Edwards, Linda Simmons, Cathy Washington and the staff of the Arc of St. Charles for their loving care and compassion.
