Virginia Moen McKnight, 87, passed away Monday Dec. 19, 2011.

She was the beloved wife of the late Othar McKnight, mother of Scott McKnight (Judi), John McKnight (Ann), Bruce McKnight (Robert Riley) and the late Bradley McKnight (Jeanne) and James McKnight, grandmother of Danniele, Jeremy, Andrew, James and Janna Rose McKnight, great-grandmother of Olivia, Jeremy John and Dalton McKnight and sister of Helen Briehl, Kenneth Moen, Beulah Nelson, Amos, Ralph and Raymond Moen.

She was a native of Wisconsin and a resident of LaPlace.

Visitation and services were held at the Lutheran Church of the Galilean in LaPlace on Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011. Burial is in Fennimore, Wis. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lutheran Church of the Galilean are preferred.
