Lester “Nicky Boo” Millet, 68, of LaPlace passed away Friday, Dec. 9, 2011, at Oschner Medical Center in Jefferson. He was a Pipefitter in the construction industry. He was a native of New Orleans and lived in LaPlace all of his life.

He is survived by his two brothers, Aynard “Butch” Millet of LaPlace and Huey P. Millet of Walker, and one sister, Gloria M. Vicknair of LaPlace.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Nick Millet and Eunice Guidry.

Graveside services will be held at a later date.
