Salvador J. Gulino, 86, passed away Tuesday Nov. 15, 2011.

He was the beloved husband of Sharon B. Gulino of Destrehan, father of Sallie Bertucci and Elain Peck of Kenner, stepfather of Gene Giles Jr., Gena and Christopher Favaloro and Katrina Pellissier and life-long friend of Connie Fanguy. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was a veteran of WW II serving in the U.S. Marines. He was a native of Kenner and a resident of Destrehan.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend memorial services at the Southeast Louisiana War Veterans Home, 4080 W. Airline Highway, Reserve, on Monday, Nov. 28, 2011, at 10 a.m. Burial will be private at a later date. Arrangements are by Millet-Guidry Funeral Home of LaPlace.
