District Deputy Larry Larousse presents the Columbian Award to past Grand Knight Calvin Arceneaux for his accomplishments in guiding Ascension of Our Lord Knights of Columbus Council 9623 this past year.  The Columbian Award is presented to those councils who meet all criteria for excellence in volunteer programs serving church, community, council, family, pro-life and youth.
