Mary Eleanor Dennis, 94, entered into eternal rest Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011, at 4:05 p.m. She was a native of Dulac and a resident of Kenner for the past 50 years.

She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Dennis and loving mother of Deanna E. Sessum and the late Linda Mire and Daniel Dennis.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. She is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were held at Jefferson Memorial Gardens Cemetery in St. Rose on Monday, Nov. 7, 2011. Arrangements were under the direction of H.C. Alexander Funeral Home in Norco. Condolences may be offered at www. hcalexanderfuneralhome.com.
